Fee-for-Service Care
For those seeking specialized support without a membership, we offer expert care in:
✔ Peri-menopause & Men’s Health – New patient visits (1.5 hours) | $650
✔ Functional Medicine – New patient visits (2 hours) | $750
These visits are charged per visit at the time of care and provide in-depth, customized treatment for your health concerns.
Concierge Primary Care Membership
For those who want full-spectrum, ongoing care, our membership model provides unparalleled access to Dr. Queen.

Insurance & Billing Information
- Out-of-Network Reimbursement: We provide complimentary superbill submissions to help you access any available out-of-network benefits. Most PPO members receive partial reimbursement directly from their insurance company.
- Labs & Imaging Fees: These services are billed directly to your insurance by the respective providers.
- Medicare & Medi-Cal: Dr. Queen has opted out of these plans and does not submit claims for reimbursement.
