Concierge Primary Care Membership
For those who want full-spectrum, ongoing care, our membership model paid yearly or biannually, provides unparalleled access to Dr. Queen.

Peri to Post Menopause Care Membership
Personalized support for hormones, weight management, and healthy aging, this 6- or 12-month membership is designed for women seeking expert guidance through perimenopause, menopause, and the metabolic changes that often accompany this stage of life. Through personalized medical care, ongoing support, and evidence-informed treatment options, we work together to improve symptoms, optimize health, and support long-term wellness.
Membership Includes
- Comprehensive menopause and metabolic health evaluation
- Personalized recommendations for hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options
- Pelvic exam and Pap smear when clinically indicated
- Follow-up visits as needed during the first six months, 3 times a year after.
- Secure messaging access for ongoing questions and support
- Mammogram ordering and review
- In-office body composition analysis
- In-office bone density ultrasound assessment
- Nutrition consultation and lifestyle guidance
- Prescribing and management of hormone therapies when appropriate
- Evaluation and management of GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications when clinically appropriate
- Annual membership in The HRT Club for discounted mail-order treatments

Insurance & Billing Information
- Out-of-Network Reimbursement: We provide complimentary superbill submissions to help you access any available out-of-network benefits. Most PPO members receive partial reimbursement directly from their insurance company.
- Labs & Imaging Fees: These services are billed directly to your insurance by the respective providers.
- Medicare & Medi-Cal: Dr. Queen has opted out of these plans and does not submit claims for reimbursement.
