Cherie Paige, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP)

Cherie Paige, BS in Economics, NTPCherie Paige’s wellness journey began with a commitment to transforming her own health through natural, sustainable practices. She explored homeopathic medicine, chiropractic care, and a nourishing, whole-foods-based lifestyle, complemented by optimal supplementation. This intentional approach had a profound impact on both her physical and mental well-being, inspiring her to help others achieve the same vitality.

Cherie embraced the importance of high-quality, organic food, sourcing fresh local produce from farmers’ markets and overhauling her pantry to eliminate processed foods and toxic ingredients. By prioritizing nourishing meals, reducing stressors, and integrating targeted supplementation, she created a lifestyle designed for long-term health and wellness—for herself and her family.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Cherie believes wellness is deeply personal, not a one-size-fits-all formula. She works with clients to craft individualized nutrition plans, incorporating whole foods, mindful lifestyle changes, and supportive supplementation to harness the body’s innate healing power. Ashley Swanson, FBCA

Ashley SwansonAshley’s journey into natural health began with a deeply personal challenge. At just 15, she was diagnosed with a blood clot and lupus. The prognosis from her doctors was disheartening: a lifetime of medications, including blood thinners, with no hope for alternatives. No discussion of diet, lifestyle changes, or holistic solutions was offered—only fear-driven tactics and a prescription pad.

Determined to find a better path, Ashley embarked on a transformative journey. She earned a master’s degree in Nutritional Science, studied Functional Medicine, and worked closely with patients facing chronic illness. Through her work, she witnessed remarkable recoveries as patients addressed root causes such as gut health, micronutrient deficiencies, and toxin exposure while supporting cellular function. She saw firsthand how the body could heal itself when given the right tools and care—a stark contrast to the conventional model that often overlooks these factors.

Years of dedicated research, self-care, and functional medicine practices allowed Ashley to free herself from all pharmaceuticals and achieve her healthiest, most vibrant life. Learn more >>
