We are excited to announce an in-person event, taking place on Sat., Dec. 6th at 9 AM in San Francisco. Carrie Kostiner, JD, CHHP, FDN-P, will be teaching a workout class that focuses on ways to use our own body weight for strength training, including ideas for “exercise snacks” (i.e., short bursts of movement that you can “snack” on throughout the day). We’ll also stretch and take indulge in a guided meditation, all to be followed by time for Q&A with Carrie and Dr. Heidi Queen, MD, an amazing menopause-certified, functionally-trained medical doctor.

The movement and meditation will be led by Carrie Kostiner, who brings 26+ years of experience as a fitness instructor, yoga teacher, and personal trainer. Please wear comfortable clothes for moving and stretching; bring your mat, a towel, and water bottle. If you don’t have a mat, please let us know when you register.
