About Surbhi Adora

On Sept. 13, join strength coach Surbhi Adora and Dr. Heidi Queen for a women’s workshop designed to help you get stronger, train smarter, and move pain-free. Includes a complimentary body composition scan, guided group workout, and expert Q&A on women’s health.Surbhi Adora is on a mission to help women build both inner resilience and outer strength. Her career began in the fast-paced corporate world, with leadership roles at companies like Nike, Amazon, Zappos, and Athleta/The Gap. While she thrived professionally, she also experienced the toll of burnout—juggling demanding responsibilities without prioritizing her own health.

In 2012, Surbhi began personal training as a side passion, eventually realizing it was her true calling. Today, she combines her corporate experience, fitness expertise, and a deep understanding of women’s wellness to help others train smarter, prevent injury, and sustain energy for the lives they want to live.
